35 years!

After a year filled with unplanned learning, we can now make plans to learn more. We have always found juggling a nice metaphor for learning a new skill. Three things are essential:

• The desire to learn something new: how cool would it be to…

• Being curious about the mistakes you make: where does the ball end up, how come,…

• A safe environment: without an old vase or emotionally extremely valuable empty champagne bottle around—I know what I'm talking about!
  Prefer not to learn on your own? Choose people with whom you think it is completely OK to fumble and succeed. Na een jaar waarin we veel hebben bijgeleerd dat niet op de planning stond, kunnen we nu weer heel wat plannen maken om bij te leren. We hebben jong-leren altijd een mooie metafoor gevonden voor bij-leren. Drie zaken zijn essentieel bij het leren van een nieuwe skill:
